Tiffany Cupit 1973 ~ 2008 Tiffany Cupit, 34, died at home April 27, 2008 after suffering from bulimia, an eating disorder, for many years. She was born, July 25, 1973 in Salt Lake City to William H. and Sharon J. Cupit. Tiffany completed two-years of general education requirements at the University of Utah and the Salt Lake Community College before getting at A.D.N. degree from Utah Career College's Registered Nursing Program. She was currently working as an Oncology Nurse at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital. Tiffany worked her way through school as a certified nursing assistant at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living Center, Hearts for Hospice, and the Orchard Grove Residential Care Center. Prior to that she worked as a scheduler for Marriott Guest Services, and as a hostess for the Oyster Bar and Market Street Grill. Tiffany loved nursing and always wanted to help people improve their quality of lives. Tiffany enjoyed outdoor activities, including camping, skiing, riding her mountain bike on nature trails, and playing with her niece and nephews. She is survived by her parents, Salt Lake City; sister, Michelle (Robert) Ulmer, Eagle, ID; and brother; Christopher Cupit, San Francisco, CA. Funeral services will be held at noon, Thursday, May 1st in the Mountain View Third Ward, 1889 S. 1700 E. Viewings will be 6:30-8 p.m., Wed. at the Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple; and Thurs. at the Ward from 10:45- 11:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help treat and prevent eating disorders, be sent to SPEAK, 250 South 1850 East, Room 241, Salt Lake City, Utah 84112. You're a lovely lady, I miss you!  Our moms were friends, which is where I heard more about you as we all got older.
