I'm curious to hear if people were able to get out of town and see some part of the world or the US after graduation.

I was able to get a Eurorail pass and see a few countries in Europe.  It was something I haven't ever been able to do since then, and may never do until I am retired.

I've been pretty much wherever the Carnival Cruise ship goes  :)

 I hiked the entirety of Zion's Narrows, then I got two jobs and worked all summer.

     The morning after Graduation and the all night party at the Galleria, I vacationed in Los Angeles at my aunt's pad. I caught a ride with a good buddy and his family who were going down there too. They dropped me off on the lawn of Pepperdine University to wait for my aunt to pick me up. I had a blast down there at the aunts' and got to spend some time with my cousin Jenny, who is two yrs younger than me and we grew up together and I consider her my little sister because we were so close and she is an only child. Went to all the attractions down there..Magic Mtn, sounds goofy but Disneyland too, Ventura Blvd etc. I spent a bit over a month then had to get back to old UT to start my job as the E.M.T. for Steiner scount camp in the Uintahs. I had a great time in the summer of 1991.
